Job functions:

  • Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
  • Present products and services to prospective customers
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customer’s skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training via web or in office to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your Assigned Territory*
