Once approved, you will receive instructions and an Authorization Document that is to be included with the returned item/s. Returns will not be accepted without the proper RGA # issued by our office.
DAKOTA PLUMBING PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY
All returned orders are subject to approval by Dakota Plumbing Products.
If a product delivery is refused for any reason— other than shipping damage— it will be treated as a return and subject to applicable fees.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RGA). An RGA will only be issued within the 30 days from the product being delivered.
All returns must meet the following guidelines:
- All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.
- The product(s) must be new and in usable condition, not previously installed, or used as display.
- There must be no writing on the packaging, unless a Dakota representative advised to do so.
- The distributor is responsible for the cost of return freight and must fully insure the package.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be paid by Dakota if the order contained products shipped in error. All items being returned must be unused. Dakota will not accept any product returned without a Return Materials Authorization Number issued by Dakota.
Dakota is not responsible for lost, misdirected, improperly packaged, or damaged returned items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returning item(s) is properly packaged to prevent damage during returns. If there is damage to the returned items, Dakota will fully cooperate with the claim process of the delivery courier but will not be responsible for handling such claims.
